The reason the "Core Story" won't go away has more to do with the players behind the game than the tales of dead alien bodies, reverse engineered alien technology, or even the counter-intelligence spin added by the Intelligence Community.
In a series of messages leaked to us in June 2005, a well placed government consultant expressed his point of view that to the extent that the "core story" may contain elements of reality, "I believe it is being properly and legally protected. To the extent it is not true, or partly not true, that part is delusional or at best, rumor."
Fiction masquerading as fact is a key element in the counter-intelligence toolkit.
A more serious note of concern is who is behind the elements that make up the "core story," what is their purpose in dissemination of elements of the tale, and who in the government provides oversight to the modern mythological version of the "greatest story ever told?"
Does the Director of the Central Intelligence Agency (DCI), or even the President have a need to know about the core truth behind the "core story?"
For what it is worth, an ex-boss... a DCI [Director of Central Intelligence] (not Helms) before he died said to me:
'You deserve to know, you do not obviously have a need to know, and neither do I. I can not help you.'
Taking all this together, I choose to wait for data. Period. Data. Period. Data, period. I want to repeat it more than I have energy to type it. I disagree that I have a brief to solve the mystery. If there is a 'there', there, they have known my address and number for 35 years. The phone hasn't rung.
I have no intention trying to 'out' a story that may be legally being protected. In fact, I have taken an oath to not do so on my own recognizance.
... which is exactly why "STARstream Research" is focused on interpreting the data coming from open-source intelligence, like the STAR GATE files.

1. "Raven" ID'd as " Dick Helms by Doty, who also called him Mr R. Collins indicated that only Jaime Shandera knows who he is. Jaimie met with Raven in DC. Raven was showing him a secret apartment the EBE3 was being kept in DC. Walter Ferguson, CIA, also possible "Raven".
2. Bird Code was instructions that if followed correctly would led to that same apartment in DC.
3. Collins got all is initial information on UFO from Ltc Ernie Kellerstraass. Dr Cascippo also knew the secret. Dale Graff had great in-depth knowledge of the secret.

Collins got interested in late '85 perhaps by asking questions in the AF intel group he was in at WPAFB / FTD. He "found" Ernie who became "Hawk" in later years. Collins was also contacted me (don't recall how he got my name). He told me about Hawk and I subsequently interviewed Hawk in depth... perhaps the first person to do so after Collins. Met Hawk in
Feb 1986. Hawk did "finger" Cacciopo, AF Chief scientist, as someone who was aware of ET, etc.

4. In 1986, Collins met for the first time with Moore in LA. Collins was TDY to LA on Air Force business.
5. Meeting at Ernie's house in fall of l986. Guess list was Jaime, Puthoff, Alexander, Scott Jones. ID'd area on Nellis Range closed because of nuclear fallout. Near Groom Lake. This is ET safe house.
6. Second meet with Ernie in 1988. Executive Producer Seligman (UFO Cover-up Live) was present. Ernie was retired at the time but had Det 22, OSI security personnel with him at this meeting. Rick was present. EBE-3 was Female Alien. Yellow book discussed.
7. September l988 Meeting in Albuquerque for up comining UFO Live show. Bill and Jaime with "Falcon" Rick Doty and Condor Collins video interviews. Doty also interview as"Special Agent with OSI", this never used in show.
8. April l989 meeting in Albuquerque. "Partridge" Puthoff, "Blue Jay" Kit Green his first meeting with group, Rick, Bill and Jaime. Disclosure strategies discussed.
9. 1988-1989-Dick Helms joins to group. Called Mr R by Doty, also called "Raven"' Jamie had a "Raven" Source also. He meet in DC Mall area in l995.
10. Rick told Collins that Moore had high-level Government source Mr X. Also, had NASA Sources.
11. Source at LANL provided pictures of "MJ12 personnel" and support personnel to Collins. Pictures in book.
12. MJ 12 support personnel from lat 40 to mid 90s:
Arthur Lundahl, CIA
Lundahl was in charge of the Navy Photointerpretation Center. His employees spent "1000 hours" analyzing to early UFO films (Tremonton, 1950; Utah, 1952).
This is consistent with story from "Kirk Hawkins" (alias) at ISSO.
In 1961 he was the guy who presented photo evidence of missiles in Cuba to Kennedy (the "Missiles of October"). He was given a top intelligence award by the President in the late 1960's(early 70's?) when he retired. WE invited him to become a member of the Board of Control of the Fund for UFO Research when it was founded in 1979. He turned down the offer, saying his wife was very interested but he wasn't (to which we responded with a laugh).

One name left off the above list which appears in the book is Hynek. According to the book Allen Hynek was "read in." Hynek never gave me or anyone I know the impression that he was aware of the "deep secret." That could be because he was very "spooky" and knew how to play the game. But this and other things make me wonder if the book itself is salted with bad information or disinformation (not intentional on Bob's part, however).

15. "Raven" came into picture in l991.Worked with "MJ12" group for over 30 years and based in LANL. Raven revealed OROCA panel which is above MJ12 group. It meets at CIA in Langley. Raven worked out of "Dulce Complex or TA 49 at LANL. We communicate with alien used "scattered binary hyper-burst. Jerry Miller is "Heron" revealed
I talked to Miller one time over lunch. He didn't provide any useful information. However, Collins told me he, too, had lunch with Miller and Miller made a comment such as this while looking at the others in the restaurant, "If only these people knew what I know........ "
Another name not in the above list is Robert Fugate who was involved in the Bennewitz investigation. Fugate was the guy (with others) who invented the "guide star" technique for focusing special telescopes that can be corrected for atmospheric aberrations (adaptive optics). Fugate realized that a laser beam could cause sodium in an upper atmosphere layer to glow and then the telescope could adjust its "rubber mirror" to provide a best focus of this "star" which was high above the turbulent lower atmosphere. I don't know why Fugate would be "read into" the supposedly top level UFO stuff, "unless, perhaps he "accidentally" imaged something he wasn't supposed to "(flying saucer?) and had to be read in to keep him quiet..
