Select versions of this story suggest that some, but not all, former presidents of the United States of America, have been allowed to have this knowledge. Exactly who makes the decisions about access to the information is never articulated, but the proponents are convinced that THEY exist. Since the technology would have been derived, directly or indirectly, from US Government owned sources, the technology would belong rightfully to the American people.However, since ARV does not exist, that position is moot. Prior to the 2008 national elections I stated publicly that if ARV were real, THEY would have revealed the existence of it in order to sway the elections in favor of the Republicans. As we all know, that revelation did not happen. Now there is another fact that has come to light that certainly argues most strongly against ARV. That is the decline in global wealth from 2007 through 2008. According to a report in BusinessWeek, during that period there was a real decline in global wealth amounting to about ten trillion dollars (10T). While unstable financial situations played a significant role, at the heart of the loss was the volatility in global energy sources. To believe that THEY control ARV, means that THEY were willing to allow an eight percent decline in global wealth, while THEY had the capability to mitigate, or even reverse, this disastrous economic collapse. This is completely illogical and runs counter to the thesis that THEY were driven by greed and would use ARV technology to further their own economic interests. In fact, during the economic recession of 2008 (and continuing in 2009) more wealth was lost than THEY projected to make though introduction of the new energy source. Had THEY had access to ARV technology, there is no doubt that it would have been made public so that we could be! gin to c ounter the current global economic crisis. There simply is no sane rationale for continuing to allow further disintegration of the technologically developed world.While it is said that it is impossible to prove a negative, the current economic meltdown comes about as close to proving that ARV does not exist as any argument could. The only alternative is to believe that THEY are prepared to allow national and global financial suicide, just to keep their secret. Colorado Witness Seeks Help Identifying Unusual Object

A Colorado witness in Golden reported watching multiple unusual craft in the sky after more than a year of stargazing and filed a photograph taken at 1:20 a.m. on January 12, 2013, according to testimony from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) witness reporting database.Click here for enlargement of photo above."I was stargazing through a pair of 20X stellar binoculars and noticed what looked like a structure or multiple craft," the witness stated. "I've been watching these objects since about October of 2011. What caught my attention was the changing colors of the main light and the changing configurations of the darker objects around it."The witness offered one photograph with the MUFON report, which was filed on January 14, 2013.The witness is looking for an explanation."I've taken many pictures of the objects over time. Aliens Are Here On Earth Says Scientists

ALIENS are already here on Earth, scientists claimed yesterday.

The experts are working on deciphering a complex set of symbols sent from space.

They claim the aliens are in the process of answering 30 questions that the "Earthling" scientists have asked them.

Lachezar Filipov, deputy director of the Space Research Institute of the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences, confirmed the bizarre research was under way.

His team is studying 150 crop circles from around the world which they believe answer questions beamed into outer space. He said: "Aliens are currently all around us, and are watching us all the time.

"They are not hostile towards us, rather, they want to help us, but we have not grown enough in order to establish direct contact with them."

But when that comes, humans will contact the extraterrestrials through the power of thought, he added.

He said: "The human race is certainly going to have direct contact with the aliens in the next 10 to 15 years.
