Ufo Sighting In Portland

My partner and I saw an "unidentified flying (more like floating) object tonight. It was a low floating roundish object slowly traveling south east which was observable with the naked eye for about 3 minutes. Appeared to be glowing with a yellow/orange flame color before extinguishing. A balloon on fire is the best description I can come up with. My girlfriend managed to shoot a phone image of the moon and the object in one frame(moon on top right) and when magnified the colors around the object show the yellow/orange coloration (unlike the moon which still radiates only white light).See attached pictures.
