We were on a vessel in the lake looking up at the stars. This was larger and brighter than a satellite and made no nonsense. It wasn't starry like a plane would be. It went East and we followed it beside our eyes until it rapid started in receipt of dimmer and dimmer until it flashed red and left firmly.
