* This reptilian admits that they while "they may operate negatively with respect for our race, they do this for their own reasons and do not regard themselves as evil."
* Good and bad/evil are very primitive ways of thinking, reflective of our own consciousness, and we are not taking in the whole picture.
* They don't consider themselves the enemy of us, and they wish that we do not consider them our enemies, saying that this is a very conditioned view.
* If this were true, however, I am confused with how extra terrestrials portray reptilians as the darkness world leaders, and I wonder if I am just perceiving them portraying it this way or if they actually intend that. I also wonder if their portrayal has anything to do with the fact that they have had wars against each other, and are enemies.
* There are no absolutely good or absolutely bad species, because every species contains individuals.
* can't tell whether the interviewee thinks that our government are of that race or not, it seems like not but maybe yes? Again, I'm confused about it. Seems like there might be multiple reptilian races? I don't know. They say they avoid us, and only come to the surface when necessary and when cloaked... So maybe they're not our government?
* they don't consider themselves aliens, and consider this their planet.
* They do say they've had many wars with aliens before, but that it was mainly over resources like copper, elements in air, and DNA
* This is interesting because what I've heard about the wars with reptilians is.. none of that.. for reasons.
* So perhaps this is a different reptilian race? Are there multiples? The one in this video claims that they avoid having contact with us.
* They say that they live underground, which are not always the same caves as other underground caves.
* They say that they do come up to the surface and can engineer themselves and us.. so that they are perceived as human by humans, with no one noticing. Technology like cameras do pick up on their actual selves, so they avoid technology at all costs.
* they don't think they're dinosaurs, they existed at the same time as dinosaurs.
* Some reptilians do eat people, but it is against law.
* Their diet exists of raw or cooked meat, and they cannot stay vegetarian.
* They seem to say that the aliens who made us.. were not them, and they were there before us. This earth is theirs. Supposedly, according to this video if I understand correctly.
* The interview also talks about history, other aliens, dinosaurs, etc. and the fact that our earth is much much older than even the lemurian history, which is the furthest we can date back, supposedly.

in the end this name seem to have been constructed in a lame copyright scam attempt. which is hilarious since the transcript says it should be spread far and wide via e-mail etc..

Introduction
I certify that the following text is the absolute truth and no work of fiction. These are parts of a transcript of an interview I've made with a non-human and reptilian being in December 1999. This female being was already in contact with a friend of mine (whose name is given only with the initials E.F. in the text) since some months. Let me declare, that I was all my life a skeptic about UFOs, aliens and other weird things and I thought that E.F. tells me just dreams or fictitious stories when he talked with me about his First Contacts with the non-human being "La certa". I was still a skeptic when I met this being on December 16 last year in that small warm room in the remote house of my friend near to a town in the south of Sweden, despite the fact that I saw now with my own eyes that she was not human. She has told and shown me so many unbelievable things during that meeting that I can't deny the reality and the truth of her words any longer. This is not another of that wrong UFO papers which claim to tell the truth but tell in fact just fiction, I'm convinced that this transcript contains the only truth and therefore you should read it.
