The latest revelations prompted California Democrat Senator Dianne Feinstein, who chairs the Senate Intelligence Committee, to call for a "total review of all intelligence programs" following allegations by Merkel that the super-secret spy agency had listened in on her phone calls. Merkel's outrage, however, is tempered by the fact German intelligence used NSA spy programs for domestic surveillance. "With respect to NSA collection of intelligence on leaders of U.S. allies - including France, Spain, Mexico and Germany - let me state unequivocally: I am totally opposed," Feinstein said. She said "collecting phone calls or emails of friendly presidents and prime ministers" should not occur unless authorized under an emergency decree by the president. Feinstein said the Obama administration had informed her that "collection on our allies will not continue," although the White House later characterized the Democrat's statement as inaccurate. The large scale snooping on Merkel and others was revealed by former NSA systems analyst Edward Snowden. Feinstein and Obama, however, have not pledged to stop NSA surveillance of the American people despite polls showing 60 percent of them oppose unconstitutional spying and the extralegal process used by the government's secret court to authorize widespread surveillance. Physicist Dr. Jack Sarfatti posted my Burn Baby Burn article to a mailing list that includes some right wing military and intelligence people. An individual responded saying, "These people are the enemy!" This is exactly the problem we civilians have been up against for 60 years. We have been treated and targeted as the enemy while the real enemy of the American Republic and democracy worldwide are the global autocratic elitists.

The sad truth is that the militaries of the world have been manipulated and brainwashed into thinking that the public is the enemy by these entrenched global interests. Now it appears that factions of the military may be waking up and nipping on the heels of global elites in regards to UFO/ET disclosure.

Come on folks wake up and smell the coffee. Just think what would have happened to the environmentally destructive fossil fuels industry in the 1950s if ET related cheap, non polluting energy had become publicly available. What would have happened to the arms industry if peace would have broken out around the world? What would have happened to the whole transportation infrastructure monopolies if we transported in levitating anti-gravity vehicles? Who has the most to lose if extraterrestrial reality became common knowledge?

Its past time for the military and the media to wake up. These two institutions are the most critical to the future of this Republic. Should we really think that the people up at the top of the chain of command are constitutionally accountable and are really working in the public interest in regards to extraterrestrial realities? It's pretty obvious to the general population that special interests not the people control the American government and other governments of the world.

Think, who ultimately determines the need to know? Is it the President, the Congress, the Judicial, the people? Really? Who is it that needs to operate in the utmost secrecy and the tightest security? Who does secrecy benefit the most? Who really runs the national security apparatus?

If you believe Big Brother knows best, well the more power to you but you are wrong. Wither you believe me or not the battle for the heart and soul of the military is in full swing in regards to extraterrestrial realities. This whole affair with information leaking out all over the place about this secret UN UFO meeting and the accompanying denials and discrediting operations ongoing show deep divisions in the military, the state department and the intelligence community over this matter of UFO/ET disclosure. Dr. Salla has taken the lead and most of the heat in this matter, but many people are involved, and leaks are coming from many sources all over the world as the dike breaks and both sides of the disclosure issue battle it out around the world and across the Internet.

The longer the battle goes on, the more people are going to catch on to the fact that it's the criminal elite, the entrenched interests that are primarily responsible for the 60 year cover up of extraterrestrial reality and the extreme damage to society and the global environment. The global elite have had their day but now are on the run and I hope they will one day be captured and tried in The Hague for crimes against humanity. This Game A Government Conspiracy To Cover Up Ufo Truth

So The Bureau must be a government ploy to steer our fragile minds away from the real Area 51 and more toward the creepy, unbelieveable aliens that inhabit pop culture, right? The Internet seems to think so. During a promotional interview for the last game in the XCOM series, Pope told reporters that Britain had weapon capabilities specifically geared toward an alien invasion.

Message boards were quick to point at Pope's government ties.

"[Is this] a green light for alien propaganda?" wrote one user.

"Mr. Pope cannot tell full truths, as it is with many [government] employees," another added. "There are pieces of truth within his statements."

Pope told HuffPost Weird News that many people think he's still secretly working as a government flack, gathering intel on the public's notion of UFOs.

"They say I didn't really leave the ministry in 2006," he said. "They say, either this game is designed to throw people off, or it's part of a climatization process. Somehow I'm helping governments use this as a way of slowly getting the message out: They're here, but don't panic."

Are Pope and The Bureau's publisher, 2K Games, part of a government conspiracy? Probably not. More likely, Pope is simply a former government worker getting paid by a studio to be spokesman for a video game.

"That's what they want you to think."In fact, the government is involved in video games, but it isn't very secretive about them. America's Army, a first-person shooter funded and released entirely by the U.S. Army, is a known recruiting tool that shows off -- to gamers -- how cool a job with the military can be. Minus the death part.

Then again, if Pope was really lying about his intention to confuse the public with the release of a video game, he might say things like this:

"We didn't plan to match up the game's release with the declassification of Area 51 material I'm not a gamer myself, I'm not involved in the development side. My role is to engage with the gaming community and bridge the gap between UFO enthusiasts and gamers."

It should be noted that The Bureau is a relatively solid real-time strategy shooter with a compelling storyline. Pope claims that the United States government was fine with the UFO rumors spreading during the real Cold War, because it was actually testing U-2 spy planes. The Bureau's storyline delves into broad topics like these about government cover ups, and any gamer interested in UFO lore will stay interested.

Former Director Central Intelligence Agency (DCI) James R. Woolsey, a man with interesting ties to alternative science, was interviewed for NEWSMAX by Kenneth R. Timmerman.

Timmerman is the author of a behind-the-scenes expose' of missile technology transfer to China involving real-life X-files intelligence analyst Ron Pandolfi, who is often associated with the UFO AVIARY group on the Internet:

CIA analyst Ronald Pandolfi was the highest ranking scientist at the Agency when he visited the headquarters of Hughes Space and Communications in El Segundo California in 1996. Pandolfi was part of a team of CIA analysts tasked to do research for a new National Intelligence Estimate on PRC's military Science and Technology -- a much more exciting topic than its title might suggest.

Timmerman's interview for NEWSMAX, "Former CIA Director: Terrorist Strike within U.S. Real Threat," confirms concerns behind the 'chatter' seeping out of the intelligence community.

Timmerman asked the former DCI his about the potential for a major attack in the United States, perhaps involving a weapon of mass destruction.

Woolsey responded, "Well, I think the threat of a serious attack in the next few months [2007] is very real. It's what Mike McConnell and Mueller have said, and what Chertoff said about his gut feeling."

Based upon intelligence sourced from anomalous mental phenomena, and statements made by government officials, we previously concluded that the public was being prepared for psychological shock coming from a catastrophic disaster involving greater loss than the 9/11 events.

Woolsey continued, "A lot of people made fun of that, but I think that was a senior government official trying to communicate something without saying here's my evidence, because if he says that, he might have blown the source or method of intelligence. Probably the best known story is the controversy over a dinner meeting attended by Woolsey, Petersen, and Dr. Stephen Greer, described in detail by the Presidential UFO Website.

Claims made by Greer about Woolsey's interest in the UFO subject were addressed in a letter from the Petersen's and Woolsey's :

Even as most Americans wonder what planet politicians are from, is it possible that the government is squelching evidence of extraterrestrials visiting Earth? One former presidential hopeful says yes - and that the conspiracy goes all the way to the top.

Former Sen. Mike Gravel (D-Alaska) says the White House has helped keep the truth about the "extraterrestrial influence that is investigating our planet" from the public.

"It goes right to the White House, and of course, once the White House takes a position, 'well theres nothing going on'...it just goes down the chain of command, everyone stands toe," Gravel tells Top Line.

Gravel is one of six former congress representatives who were paid 20,000 by the UFO advocacy group Paradigm Research to participate in a Congressional-style Citizen Hearing on Disclosure in Washington this week, where witness after witness has presented first-hand accounts of UFO sightings and extraterrestrial visits.

Gravel says the strongest accounts of alien encounters are from former military officers, such as retired Air Force Capt. Robert Salas, who testified that UFOs temporarily disabled nuclear weapons on his watch.

"The smoking gun of the whole issue, which is when they saw hovering space craft in Wyoming and South Dakota over the ICBM missile silos that the missiles couldnt work," Gravel says.
