Exopolitical Disclosure The George Filer Files Ufos Roam Our Skies Says Former Us Air Force Intelligence Officer

MAY 07, 2013 - UNITED STATES - A former U.S. Air Force major with 5,000 flying hours described in detail his encounter with an UFO, telling former members of Congress at a hearing on extraterrestrial sightings that he has been interested in UFOs ever since.

"These space craft occasionally roam our skies and my theory is they have been coming here for thousands of years," Major George Filer III said May 3, the last day of the week long Citizen Hearing on Disclosure at the National Press Club.

Filer was one of 39 witnesses who gave testimonies during the hearing, including former members of the U.S. military and federal agencies, researchers, academics and ordinary citizens.

A former Air Force intelligence officer, Filer was a pilot stationed at the U.S. Air Force base at Sculthorpe RAF Base in England in January 1962. He was out refueling fighter aircraft at around 30,000 feet over the North Sea, when he was notified from London Control that radar had picked up a UFO.

It was around sunset and a clear night when he headed toward the object's location, around 1,000 feet above an area near Oxford and Stonehenge, he said.

Filer said he could feel the adrenalin as his KB-50 J tanker aircraft exceeded what he called redline maximum speed to get there. He said that the control tower in London had cleared the area and was calling out the distance to the craft.

In a written submission to the hearing he described the experience as follows:

"They called out your miles apart, 60, and 40. At about 30 miles my APS-23 Radar picked up the hovering UFO directly ahead.

"It was an exceptionally large radar return reminding me of a large bridge or ship. This craft was bigger than anything I had seen in the air before. It reminded me of the radar return from the Brooklyn Bridge 6,000 feet or the Firth of Forth Bridge in Scotland (8,300) feet, over a mile long.

"The return was sharp and solid as compared to the fuzziness of a rain cloud. I felt this craft must be made of steel or strong metal. We were doing around 425 mph as we approached to about 10 miles, when the UFO apparently realized we were intercepting," he said.

"It was a dark night; we could only see a series of dim lights directly ahead similar to a cruise ship at sea. Now only five miles separated us. Suddenly the UFO seemed to come alive, the lights brightened immensely and the UFO accelerated in a launch similar to the Space Shuttle taking off at night.

"We saw much brighter lights and fantastic acceleration as it climbed almost straight up and suddenly it was gone. These huge craft I learned are called mother ships, because like an aircraft carrier they carry smaller disc craft.

"We asked London Control, if they had any rocket launches in the area. London Control seemed as disappointed as we were. The controller said, "There are no rocket launches in that area, thank you for the intercept, you are now cleared to return to your mission."

ROYAL ATTENTION

Filer said the incident did not gain vast attention although he did record it in his navigator's log and it was mentioned the next day in operations. A few weeks later, however, he and his crew received an invitation to dine with Prince Phillip, Duke of Edinburgh, who had expressed an interest in their experience.

"About seven of us sat around a table discussing UFOs. Prince Phillip was very personable and friendly. He was very interested in our intercept and we assume he had also been briefed by London Control because the U.S. Air Force had no apparent interest," he said in his written testimonial.

When he asked the royal consort of Queen Elizabeth II why he was interested he said Prince Phillip replied: "My uncle who raised me, Earl Mountbatten had seen UFOs close up while in the Navy."

Filer said Prince Phillip told him he had debriefed aircrews who intercepted UFOs "on many occasions."

Filer said he has researched the topic of UFOs over many years and now believes that extraterrestrials have been visiting planet earth for thousands of years.

He referred to archaeological structures carved in the soil called cursors, which are found throughout England. He believes they resemble the reported shape of mother ship UFOs.

"This complex at Stonehenge and Silbury Hill in England, may in fact represent visitation by an alien race in the distant past," he said.

Filer had another experience with an extraterrestrial craft while in the U.S. Air Force according to organizers of the Citizen Disclosure hearing but he did not discuss it at the event. He is now a regional director of the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON), a nonprofit volunteer organization which was established in 1969 to record and study UFOs. He also produces a weekly UFO newsletter called Filer's File. - EPOCH TIMES.

Three Bright Lights Flying Over Vernon British Columbia

Three Bright Lights Flying Over Vernon British Columbia
Date: September 15, 2014

Time: End of the day.

Hi award, I live in Vernon and from my work room pane my mom and I honorable saw three flying take home lights. At first it was honorable one and what completed me attain is that a the twinkling of an eye one sharply appeared straight, and they were flying so neighboring to each other.

Subsequently the third one appeared and they honorable sat stock-still triangle formation for shared or a fathom trifling. Subsequently flew once again and next tired out one by one. Was very very outlandish to the room my mom got scared!

I honorable Googled UFO Vernon, British Columbia and came across your post. That was the weirdest flying objects I brag regularly seen happen. Inexplicable to a great extent.

"Further INFORMATION:"

You're generosity Brian, belief for your retort and checking inside it. I brag a video, but it doesn't to a great extent show well heaps what measure happened and equally a photo which didn't action out very well having the status of clearly my pane is justly blotchy lol, but I brag attached the photo to this email.

It austerely shows two of the lights and it is in the self-important appropriate hand of the photo. Represent were three lights. My mom thinks they were auxiliary orange in color. It was so outlandish how they honorable tired out unhurriedly one by one.

They didn't fly old hat, honorable started blinking/twinkling and next tired inside the relevant sky.

It was so baffling to watch them fly inside formation and be so neighboring to each other and stillness for 30 to 60 seconds.

My mom got scared! If you do hear from qualities else that equally witnessed it I'd date mature too! Praise and goodnight.

Citizen Hearing And The Uss Helm

Citizen Hearing And The Uss Helm
There was another aspect to the Citizen Hearing on Disclosure that was more personal than anything else. I looked at it as an opportunity to engage in some first-hand research. I could talk to some of the people who had witnessed UFO sightings and UFO events and get their perspective without those perspectives being filtered through another research or writer. I could learn if their stories had been distorted by others. I could learn, personally, what they had to say. " NARA in College ParkOne of the things I wanted to do was visit the National Archives in College Park because I had learned that the deck logs of the USS Helm" were kept there. Paul C. Cerny and Robert Neville, two UFO investigators with the Mutual UFO Network, reported in the July 1983 issue of the "MUFON UFO Journal" that a sailor with the fleet off Guadalcanal in August 1942 said a disk-shaped object circled overhead. According to them, "...a chief at the time aboard the U.S.S. Helm... had an excellent observation of an incredible encounter with an unknown, unidentified intruder. At 10:00 a.m. the fleet received a radar report from one of the cruisers and a little later a visual sighting of the object was made from their destroyer." Inside the National ArchivesThe sighting, according to the unidentified source, said that the initial contact had been by radar. The object was then seen by the sailors of the fleet, as it approached. Because it was not coming from the correct direction, known then as the radio beam according to the witness, the object was assumed to be hostile. When it was still over a mile away, the fleet opened fire.According to Cerny and Neville, "The unknown then made a sharp right turn and headed south from an approach heading of 320 degrees. The UFO increased its speed and then circled the entire fleet."The witness, who unfortunately refused to let his name be used, said that he had a pair of 7 x 50 binoculars so that he had a chance to see the object quite well. According to him, it was fairly flat, silver in color, with a slight dome in the center of the top.Having circled the fleet, the object departed to the south. It had been taken under fire but the speed seemed to make it difficult to hit. If it had been struck by any of the antiaircraft fire, it showed no adverse effects to that. There were two dates given for the event in the. The first was August 5, 1942, just prior to the Marine landing on Guadalcanal, and the second as either October 9 or 10, 1942.I now have the deck logs for the dates given, and while they are interesting, which is to say they are a little slice of history, they are also boring. Every entry begins with "Steaming as before," and they provide the routine matters of the ship's operation. If something unusual happens, it is logged such as an event on October 10, 1942. The log said, "1930 [7:30 p.m.] stopped to identify small boat."I know that during a gunnery practice on October 10, they fired 330 rounds from 20 mm machine guns at an airborne target sleeve. But I also know that on those dates in October, the "USS Helm" was not with the invasion fleet, but was operating off Palm Island, near close to Australia. They took on passengers from the sea plane base there and moved them to Townsville, Queensland, Australia. So, on the days that the unidentified sailor suggested they had been "buzzed" by a disk-shaped object, the "USS Helm" was engaged in routine activities. There is nothing to suggest that they fired on a target, an unidentified "enemy" aircraft, or anything else. The only day they apparently fired their weapons (on the three mentioned) was October 10 for gunnery practice. And no, I do not believe that the CIA or the Air Force got to the deck logs and altered them to remove the sighting. During 1942 anything like this would have been thought of as enemy action. In 1942 no additional excitement would have been attributed to it, and with, literally, hundreds of ships engaged in the war, and tens of thousands of sailors fighting that war, no additional attention would have been brought. By the time the war ended, nearly everyone would have forgotten about a minor shooting incident during the invasion of Guadalcanal. Here are the conclusions that can be drawn from this:a. Without the name of the sailor, there is a real problem with the validity of the incident. There is no way to check his background to ensure he was assigned to the "USS Helm" at the proper time.b. The deck logs (or rather the pages I have) of the ship do not provide any corroboration for the tale, though had it happened, this is the sort of thing that would have been logged.c. Even though the deck logs on the dates given by the witness do not corroborate his tale, it doesn't mean that he didn't get the date wrong. The article in the "MUFON UFO Journal" gives three dates. I didn't have the ability to look through the whole deck log, which means that someone should do that, just to be sure.d. For the October dates, the "USS Helm"was just off the coast of Australia, which doesn't mean that it wouldn't have engaged an enemy aircraft if one had been spotted. Of course, if the object was an alien spacecraft, the location of the sighting, meaning close to Australia, doesn't eliminate it.All this means to me is that one more case of a disk-shaped object seen prior to Arnold has not been verified. Had the deck logs mentioned the incident, then we would have documentation for the sighting prior to Arnold. Without that corroboration we have another sighting reported after Arnold that allegedly happened prior to Arnold. At any rate, this provides a little bit of an update for the sighting as first reported, but it still has not been conclusively eliminated. To do that, meaning to ensure that we haven't overlooked something, a careful study of the "USS Helm's" deck logs for August, September and October, 1942 should be made. It is always possible the witness got the date wrong... though I suspect that is not the case.

At The Beginning Of Long Ufo Story Ever Appear On Earth
On June 24, 1947, blue-collar pilot Kenneth Arnold flew a teeny weeny seaplane shut Mt Rainier, Washington and saw a very odd-shaped objects. The same as is it?

It was to be found rule on the left side of Arnold, 20-30 km north of the plane at the extremely smooth. It was a series of nine objects flying just before the sun roaring over. Comparing the main part of the plane, Arnold attach importance to the main part of the object was as large as 13-15 m.

Unquestionable this thing is agreeable of flying as far as 80 miles in 1 finish 42 seconds, Arnold is able to attach importance to the object migrant at the speed of 2736 km / h or three time faster than false aircraft that era.

However, as if controlled, flying objects that mob hollow and swerved re obstacles in the native land. Seeing that these possessions disappeared in the estrange, Arnold flew to Yakima, Washington, later landing and trustworthy tell the airport affix.

The next day, Arnold interviewed by newspapers, and stories about these possessions area similarity a annoy across the nation.

"At that time, near is regular a conjecture, Mars or Venus possibly will be a new built-up planet," says poet Robert Sheaffer UFOs.

Nation appear, this UFO is a Martian who came remark the world who now seat nuclear weapons. Quiet time, the incident that is the theory first of everyday visits that is outer space. The era of UFO sightings began.

Arnold's sighting a "dedicated of beat that through headlines re the world, 'writes Martin Kottmeyer UFO fawn. "In two shakes of a lamb's tail after, a person is looking for a new seaplane twisted similarity a cup," he continued.

In recent weeks, reports emerged of hundreds of objects flying re the world. In the role of the world sense the extremely thing with Arnold's view, near is a immense irony that time. Namely, "Kenneth Arnold reported seeing flying saucers seat not."

In fact, Arnold told the press, it was flying haphazardly, "As if the cup across the water". This thing is thin and silent taking into consideration viewed from the end, he believed. However, a crescent-shaped taking into consideration viewed from high-class. However, relator Work Bequette of Join Hassle interpreting, disc-shaped object was round.

According to UFO fawn and order editor of Distrustful Inquirer Benjamin Radford, "The let go was to be one the film quotes in history to be a journalist". The look above ground saucer' helpful shape to the legend of UFOs from the inauguration, writes Kottmeyer.

In the eyes of art, hoax, science fiction movies, tv shows and most reports alien abductions, UFOs described as flying saucers today.

"Mistake Bequette himself unable to refutation of the theory of space for a person. However, this interval straight away wisp a immense paradox, why would extraterrestrials redesign their aircraft to observe to Bequette's error? "Wrote Kottmeyer.

Whereas not see flying saucers, above all co-pilot was sure thing Arnold now see doesn't matter what that day. So, what Arnold definitely see?

One theory holds, Arnold saw a fireball, meteor tumbling from the natural world. Along with, pieces of meteors courage be certain such as restraints and shines very cheerfully and possibly will move thousands of kilometers per hour.

However, everyday historians sense it was not bendar outer space, "It was apparently absolutely the pelicans flying in formation," believed Sheaffer. Maybe Arnold misjudged the estrange and sense possessions were immense and are in immense distances, but real warm, he above.

Randle Reflections

Randle Reflections
KEVIN RANDLE. REFLECTIONS OF A UFO INVESTIGATOR, ANOMALIST BOOKS, 2012Kevin Randle first became interested in UFOs because of his mother's interest in science fiction and became more interested when he was in high school and read Brad Steiger's "Strangers from the Skies" (Award Books, New York, 1966).Even in the early days of his research he became aware that some of the UFO witnesses were lying to him. He thus became cautious in his investigations of alleged UFO incidents. For example, he concluded that there was nothing to the 1897 airship stories, concluding: "And finally, the Great Airship turned out to be a series of tall tales manufactured by newspapers, members of Liars' Clubs, and guys who wanted to see their names in the newspaper". One of the highlights of the book is Randle's account of his introduction to the investigation of abduction stories. He had joined APRO (Aerial Phenomena Research Organization) and had made a deal to mention their address in UFO articles, in exchange for information. He was sent details about the alleged abduction of Dionisio Llanca, a truck driver in Argentina, a story which was eventually agreed to have been a hoax. As a result of an article he wrote about it, he received a letter from a woman, Pat Roach, who thought she might have been abducted. She was willing to be hypnotised in order to recall the details, so he contacted APRO headquarters and they sent Dr James Harder, their Director of Research (who was not a psychologist, but an engineer). At an early stage in his ufological career, Randle had developed the habit of taking notes or tape recordings of all interviews and he uses these to great effect to do an excellent demolition job on Harder's methods, which, involved asking many leading questions and giving information which plainly indicated the sort of things he wanted to hear. For example, he asked Roach if the aliens had placed her on a table and if they had stuck a needle in her stomach, although she had not mentioned anything of the sort. He apparently made no attempt to check whether her abduction account might have been contaminated by having read about similar experiences.Particularly amusing are Randle's remarks on the way Harder appropriated his abduction case for his own benefit. When Randle was going to take some pictures of the hypnotic regression session, Harder told him that this would be inappropriate. A few months later he saw Harder regressing Pat Roach on a TV programme, which he had not told him about, and taking all the credit for discovering the case, giving Randle no acknowledgement. In view of Randle's well-known obsession, it comes as no surprise to find that five of the seventeen chapters are devoted to Roswell. He first became interested in Roswell in June 1988, when he first met Don Schmitt. He had heard of Roswell before then, and had thought it was a hoax, but Schmitt convinced him that it was worth further investigation.Despite his experiences with dishonest ufologists and unreliable witnesses, Randle believes that it was some kind of extraterrestrial device which crashed near Roswell in 1947. This belief seems to be based on little more than choosing to believe that persons who claimed to have handled some of the wreckage were not liars or did not have false or distorted memories of events which happened many years ago. He knows from his earlier experiences investigating contact and abduction stories how both investigators and experiencers deceive or are self deceiving, but he does not apply this knowledge rigorously to his Roswell investigations. There is much detail of methods of investigation and interviewing of witnesses. This makes it a book for the serious UFO enthusiast rather than the casual reader. "-- John Harney."

Stan Gordon On New Bigfoot High Strangeness

Stan Gordon On New Bigfoot High Strangeness
I just received this from Stan Gordon, whose latest book, "SILENT INVASION: THE PENNSYLVANIA UFO-BIGFOOT CASEBOOK", I recently reviewed.

Pennsylvanian's Encounter Mysterious Creatures, and UFOs During 2010

From Researcher: Stan Gordon

www.stangordon.info

Sightings of Unidentified Flying Objects were frequently reported by residents of the Keystone State during 2010. Among the other odd events reported were encounters with strange creatures such as Bigfoot and giant birds, unexplained sounds, strange sky flashes and anomalous photographs. Reports of such mysterious events which crossed my desk during 2010, originated from 49 counties in Pennsylvania. In 1969 I established a hotline for the public to report UFO sightings. Today I still receive current reports concerning UFO sightings, Bigfoot, and any type of strange incidents from across Pennsylvania at 724-838-7768, or via email at paufo@comcast.net.

The information on cases which I receive are either reported to me directly, or originate from other sources, including various local and national researchers, many of which I have contact with. Also some reports are received from various local or national organizations. For example, The National UFO Reporting Center, www.nuforc.org and the Pennsylvania chapter of the Mutual UFO Network, www.mufonpa.com also receive UFO reports from this state. The Pennsylvania Bigfoot Society, (PBS) www.pabigfootsociety.com conducts field studies searching for evidence of Bigfoot in the state.

It is now approaching 52 years that I have been investigating and collecting information on these ongoing yearly strange accounts that originate from Pennsylvania. During that time period, I was involved with the investigations of thousands of very strange events. During the many on scene investigations that I was involved with, there were some cases where some interesting physical evidence was observed at the scene. I personally, however, have never had a UFO sighting or had an encounter with Bigfoot.

I began my field investigations after the Kecksburg UFO incident in 1965. Since that time it has become clear that many UFO sightings, creature encounters, and various paranormal events when properly investigated are determined to originate from a natural or man-made source. There are some incidents of this nature that occur year after year, however, that are not easily explained away. Some of the UFO observations reported during 2010 could be explained as bright planets and stars, meteors, conventional aircraft, and Chinese lanterns or similar home made hot air balloons.

UFO INCIDENTS

Reported UFO sightings from across Pennsylvania started in January and continued throughout the 2010 year. Some of the UFO reports which came to my attention, can be found at: http://www.stangordon.info/sightings.htm.

A number of UFO sightings were reported from various statewide locations on May 26, 2010. I interviewed a woman, who along with her passenger was traveling on a busy roadway in the metro Pittsburgh area. On that morning, they observed a bright silver metallic disc shaped object rotating in circles as it moved steadily across the sky. An attempt to take a picture of it was unsuccessful.

On July 5th close to Jeannette in Westmoreland County, two people watched a bright yellow-orange light move across the sky that seemed to be pulsating or rotating. The object passed overhead, and 3 white lights positioned in a triangular pattern were attached to the underside of a darker silent object which moved towards the east. On July 17th, also near Jeannette, another witness reported a bright star-like object high in the sky that began to pulsate and grew larger in size. It pulsated 2-3 times, then the object became dim, and soon just vanished.

On the evening of July 18th, in Hempfield Township outside of Greensburg, several independent observers that I interviewed observed a bright orange-yellow glowing object moving slowly across the sky. One of the observers took several color photographs before the object seemed to accelerate as it moved off in the distance sky. One picture clearly shows three white lights in a triangular pattern. (Note: For several months there were numerous reports of luminous glowing objects being reported. It is quite likely that some of these reports can be attributed to someone launching Chinese lanterns or other similar home made hot air balloon devices.)

MINI-UFOS

There were a number of reports of close range observations of small sized UFOs. Over the years I have received a number of similar types of reports.

Near Derry in July, a man who was taking a walk observed a pale white solid sphere that appeared to be about 2 inches in diameter. The slow moving object was observed about 15 feet above the ground, and approached the witness to a distance of about 15 feet. The witness watched as the object moved around some trees, then continued on in the distance. In August, near Norvelt, a witness reported observing a rectangular object about 8-9 feet long, rounded in the front, with a soft white glow to it. The object was observed as it moved about 3 feet above the ground, and was about 15 feet from the observer.

On November 24th, on the Youngstown side of the Chestnut Ridge, two witnesses observed a red spherical object about 60 yards away in a wooded area. One of the observers moved closer to the object to try to figure out what it was. The object, which was about 3-4 feet off the ground, was of an unusual configuration. The observer who approached to about 70 feet from the object said that it looked somewhat like, "a ball with the top quarter cut off."

The man explained that the top quarter was the "orb," which was flat on the bottom section. The entire object was estimated to be about 60-72 inches long, and about 30-36 inches high. The silent object was a solid red color, but non-glowing with a colored edge, and a bottom. While the object remained motionless, some sort of white spark was observed emitting from the bottom section. The object slowly moved off, made some direction changes, then with great speed moved over a hill and was lost from sight.

STRANGE CREATURES: BIGFOOT AND THUNDERBIRDS

Bigfoot sightings continue to be reported yearly from various locations across Pennsylvania. Westmoreland and Fayette Counties continue to be active areas where such reports have historically originated from. In June, two people say that they saw a 7-8 feet tall man-like creature covered with tan-brown hair at dusk in Derry Township. I also interviewed a fellow who had been a hunter for many years, but it wasn't until one early morning in July that he saw something he could not explain. The event occurred in Allegheny County, near a tree line. The witness observed a man-like creature covered with reddish-brown hair, that stood at least 7 1/2 feet tall from a distance of about 50-60 feet. The creature was very broad shouldered, and had very long arms. The creature was observed for about 40 seconds.

The Pennsylvania Bigfoot Society (PBS) also received a number of reports of possible Bigfoot sightings from Fayette, Westmoreland and Cambria counties. One case they investigated occurred in April near Scottdale. A man was awakened by his dogs barking at something outside. He investigates and hears sounds like a woman screaming. He looks outside to see a large creature on all fours walking around the yard. The creature than stands up on two legs. It is described as about six feet tall, very thin, and covered with dark hair. The creature with arms swinging, walks off into the woods near the house. The PBS investigates and finds one possible track that measured 16 inches long.

There continues to be observations of giant birds with oversized wingspans reported from areas of Pennsylvania. There has been a long history of such observations from the Keystone State, as well as other parts of the United States. Many accounts refer to such observations as "Thunderbird sightings." Some of these sightings are likely misidentifications of known bird species observed from various distances and under various lighting conditions. Some reports however include close range observations with detailed accounts.

One such incident occurred on August 26th in South Greensburg in Westmoreland County. It was just getting dark when four people at a cookout heard a "swoosh" sound causing them to look to the sky. A tremendous bird was flying over a tree in the yard about 30-40 feet overhead. It was estimated that if the bird was on the ground, it would stand between 4 1/2 and 5 feet tall. The entire body was either darkish brown or black in color. The body width was about 25-30 inches wide.

It was the size of the wingspan which was estimated to be 10 feet or more that impressed the observers. The observers watched as the huge bird flapped its wings as it moved down the road, taking about 20 seconds to go a distance of about 1/4 mile as it moved off over some trees. It was just a short distance from this location where in September of 2001, another witness saw a huge dark bird with a massive wingspan flying over the traffic on Route 119.
